The homes here are definitely not on top of each other. I have lived here for 2 years, have .4 acres and don't have nearly the biggest lot. What is being said about the grass is true however, I have spent a fortune sodding and planting grass seed over the last several years and the backyard is finally beginning to look decent. I had my home custom built on an empty lot and have only experienced a few minor construction issues, mostly with the crappy "hardwood" floors they installed that I am already needing to replace. The neighbors are all friendly, the clubhouse and pool is nice and we are in a good area.
